diamonds are a girls best friend

doing the hard yards in the studio, working on new stone setting ideas, for multiple finger rings.

i'm really like the design for a 3 finger ring, tight.

copper for the mocks, but they will be in silver.

with a cherry on top

i just couldn't help myself.

two of my favourite things

i like lego, i always have. i got barbies when i was little but i tended to chop there hair off and colour it black with texta. i did the same thing to my care bear - go figure. i remember getting a lego set that was a semi trailer truck which took D batteries in its container and you could power the wheels - forwards and backwards. i fuckin loved that set.

wu-tang clan, 36 chambers always takes me back to being a reckless young girl. running around doing what naughty girls do... use your imagination.

imagine the joy i felt when i found this. love.

rock paper lasers!

YES LASERS... you read it right... rock paper lasers is a show by Troy Innocent, Jeff Janet, Trinh Vu & Joel Zika.

Each of the artists in Rock, Paper, Lasers lecture in Art and Design at Monash University and as a part of their own on-going practice set themselves the task to create this exhibition of two and three dimensional artworks collaboratively.

The use of latest digital laser technology to create paper artworks and sculptures is amazing.

Now when i heard about this technology i was puzzled, i have tried to get some information, but i am still at a loss. if you know, please enlighten me.

Now i went down today and had a really quick look. The detail was incredible. I will be going back, maybe for the opening tomorrow night.
